Performance development

Understanding, evaluation and enhancement of claims management performance across the Lloyd's market

Technical services   

Expertise to assist the market in relation to complex claims issues and the co-ordination of the market response to catastrophic loss events

Analysis services
identifing the Claims Management Information (MI) requirements for both Lloyd's and the market: evaluating and recommending the most suitable data collection and communication options to drive forward the use of Claims MI both internally and externally

Strategy  
Supporting the market in developing the vision and strategy for the future of claims management at Lloyd's through targeted Claims Initiatives.
